In Napoleon in 1946, Maumee Valley Vending was founded with a few team members. It's focus at the time was offering soup, cigarette, beverage, and snack vending machines at local areas in Henry County.
In 1962, Maumee Valley Vending moved to Defiance, Ohio in order to better service the large General Motors facility, which was 5,000 employees at the time.
By 1967, MVV had established itself as the leader in vending services to manufacturing facilities in the surrounding counties in Ohio.
Due to increased demand, MVV began servicing locations in Bowling Green, Ohio and the surrounding areas
To differentiate MVV from others, a food production facility was added to their Defiance, Ohio facility.
By 1984, MVV grew into the largest independent vending company in the area and had grown to over 50 employees.
MVV celebrates 50 years of business and is highlighted in the Defiance Crescent newspaper
A long-time client of MVG, Sauder Woodworking, allows a micro-market to be placed in their Brush Creek facility break room in Archbold, Ohio.
To support a rapidly growing customer base, MVG adds on to existing distribution center, increasing the size of it by 250%
Due to a drastic increase in fresh food demand, MVG doubles the size of fresh food production by adding on to existing facility
MVG is awarded an Ohio Brownfield Grant paving the way to build a new equipment processing center in Florida, Ohio
